Data storage

Please note that your personal data as a customer (i.e. your name, address, IP address, credit card number etc.) is stored by our web shops via cookies. This allows us to simplify the shopping process and is needed for the conclusion of the contract. Further information stored from you as a customer includes XXX. The data provided by you is necessary to complete the shopping process and conclude the contract. In other words the data you provide is a prerequisite for a contract between you as a customer and us. We do not pass your personal data to a third party except for your credit card information, which is needed by the bank institution and the payment service provider to debit the purchase price, the transport and shipping company to make sure you receive the purchased items, as well as our tax consultant for purposes relating to tax law.

If you withdraw from your order and the contract, the stored data is deleted. If the contract is concluded, we store all of the data needed for the contract for 7 years, which marks the end of our obligation to preserve business records. This does not apply to your name, address, type of purchased good and date of purchase. This data is stored for 10 years, which marks the end of the product liability.

The processing of your data is done in accordance with the legal provisions of the DSG and the legal provisions of the DSGVO, the General Data Protection Regulation (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract).
