Important information at a glance
Reserved rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11:00 am.
1 parking space per room is available for your stay.
On the day of departure, please vacate the parking lot by 11:00 a.m. and use the SSAG public parking spaces.
There is an 11 KW charging station (for a fee) directly at the hotel.

We kindly ask all guests to settle the hotel bill by 7 p.m. the evening before if they are leaving before 08:00 a.m. in the morning. Thank you for your understanding.

- Enter your personal 6-digit code.
- Press the “A” button - The safe confirms your programming with your programming with a double beep.
Close:
- Enter your personal code. Press the “B” button - “ACTION” appears.
- Turn the door knob to the left - “CLOSED” appears.
Open:
- Enter personal code, press “B” button, “ACTION” appears
- Turn the door knob to the right - “OPEN” appears
You are welcome to purchase various homemade jams, liqueurs, Swiss stone pine balls, bathrobes and other items at reception
In your room you will find a glass carafe with a Swiss stone pine ball. You can fill it with tap water at any time and enjoy the Ischgl spring water free of charge.
